I am a Fitness coach. I have been giving online/home training sessions since when I completed my Certification. I love to help men and women conquer their fears of using strength training to lose fat and become fitter. My knowledge of strength training provides you with the needed guidance and confidence so you will have proper form, see results quickly, and reap the many benefits of strength training. I began training when I was only 11 years old. I trained with old-school bodybuilders who helped teach and guide me. In college, I went on to Powerlifting for 2 years, where I spent countless hours researching the benefits of proper weight distribution during training and helped others achieve their fitness goals through weight training and nutritional supplementation. I am a yoga instructor and have 1 year of experience. I have done my Certification in yoga from (MDNIY) and done my certification in personal training from(EFA). My fitness history includes 8+ years of strength training, yoga, weight loss training and weight lifting as well as ultra-endurance events, triathlons, and bodybuilding.
