Overview

I am a professional music teacher with a passion for guitar and keyboard. I have played these instruments for over twelve years and am proud to be a Grade 8 rock school-certified musician. I have taught hundreds of students from all walks of life, in-person and online. I have enjoyed working as an individual tutor with international schools and other online platforms. One of the highlights of my career was when I appeared on DD National TV, where I had the opportunity to showcase my skills and teach a wider audience. It was an experience I would never forget.
Music has always been a big part of my life, and I enjoy sharing my knowledge and skills with others who share my interest. In my many years of teaching, I have worked with students of all ages, starting from six years old and above. I specialise in teaching guitar and keyboard, both online and offline.
I believe in a practical-based teaching approach, which allows my students to learn through playing and practising their instruments. I share study materials to help my students improve their skills, including chord charts, sheet music, and video tutorials. I am always open to answering any questions my students may have and happy to provide feedback on their progress. I have taught more than two thousand students throughout my career and am proud of their progress. Seeing my students develop their skills and become confident musicians is incredibly rewarding.

Teaching Experience in detail in Guitar Classes

I want my students to be the best musicians they can ever be. I have been playing the guitar for more than nine years, and have a teaching experience of about five years. I have had students from all age groups and have taught over 300 students throughout time. Currently, I am a full-time guitar instructor at a local institute in Malviya Nagar, and also available for Home Tuitions in nearby areas like Saket. I have performed at various corporate events and stages, and am an active performer and session artist. I am familiar with syllabuses of various examination boards like - Trinity College London, U.K. - Rockschool, U.K. - A.B.R.S.M. Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music, U.K. I love to see the enthusiasm towards art in humans, and the possibilities to create something new and unique while learning more each day. My approach is to understand the tastes and learning pace of students and guide them towards music without changing their methods. I aim to be the best guitar teacher one has ever learned from - to understand the potential of the students to teach them right tricks of the trade, and the approach involved which help them evolve as a musician over time. I prefer students with a sense of commitment, as learning and growth in any field take time and patience, especially with music - as musical abilities develop over time. Being a Good Artist and a Good Teacher are two different things. You are most welcome to get in touch for the best of both :)

While it's true that the piano is often associated with the term "keyboard instrument" due to its keys, its primary classification is based on how sound is produced. Since the sound comes from strings being struck by hammers, it falls under the string instrument category. However, for practical purposes, it is commonly grouped with other keyboard instruments like organs and synthesizers. So, while "keyboard instrument" is a useful classification for certain contexts, the piano's core mechanism aligns it with string instruments.
