I have had clients since 2018. Initially I trained at local gyms, then I obtained certifications such as CPT (Certified Personal Trainer) and Nutritionist from ACE (American Council of Exercise). I worked in Anytime Fitness Greater Kailash as a general trainer for 4 months in 2019. Then I worked as a personal trainer in Anytime Fitness Saket, New Delhi, then I became a fitness manager in the gym from Jan 2024 till Dec 2024. In those 6 years, I trained every age group client between 18-70 years old. Male and female, anyone can train . Fitness is like water, you may like it or dislike it, but you need it. With this approach, so many clients achieved their goals. I helped clients to achieve their goals like fat or weight loss, pain-free body, muscle gain, flexibility, and medical concerns like type 2 diabetes, hypo/hyper thyroid, hypertension, senior citizen workout, and rehabilitation. I have trained one female client since 2023 till now. She got in a truck accident, and broken 18 bones. Now her training quality is ultimate. Now she is able to do squats, pushups, and deadlifts. After the broken hand, pelvic, finger etc., you can imagine how difficult it was for her to achieve this . I helped clients (male/female) who never trained ever, and they also achieved their goals. My priority in training is safety and effectiveness . In my training career, not a single client got injured. Fitness is like water, you like it or dislike it, but you need it. fitness is not a short term goal; it's a life. When you love fitness, you can achieve any fitness goal. Thank you
