I help individuals find balance through the ancient wisdom of Hatha Yoga and modern self-mastery techniques. My journey began at the Sivananda Dhanvantari Ashram in Kerala in 2021, where I deeply immersed myself in traditional yogic living and philosophy. With a background in Information Technology and got my certification as Yoga Shriomani and I am also certified from Ministry of AYUSH as yoga instructor protocal.
I bring a structured, logical approach to spiritual practices, making them easy to understand and apply in today’s fast-paced digital world.
For the past 4 years, I have served as a dedicated Yoga Instructor and Spiritual Coach. My teaching goes beyond physical postures; I integrate NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and Pranic Healing to help students clear mental blocks and stabilize their energy.
