I teach Yoga and provide professional training in Physiotherapy, combining these two disciplines to help students improve their overall health, flexibility, and posture. Over the past 4 years, I have been conducting online yoga sessions, guiding students through personalized routines that enhance strength, balance, and mental well-being.

I hold a Master of Physiotherapy (M.P.T.) degree and a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT), which provide me with a strong clinical foundation in treating musculoskeletal and neurological conditions. In addition, I have completed Yoga certifications, including YCB Level 2 and Level 3, and earned a Master’s degree in Yoga (M.A. Yoga). This combination of qualifications allows me to integrate yoga techniques with physiotherapy principles effectively.

Over my 10 years of clinical experience, I have treated a wide range of patients at my own physiotherapy clinic. Working closely with individuals recovering from injuries or managing chronic conditions has helped me understand the importance of tailored exercise programs and the value of monitoring progress for long-term health improvements.

I have also had the opportunity to record videos of patient sessions, which allowed me to analyze movements and refine therapeutic techniques. This hands-on experience strengthened my ability to design exercises and yoga practices that are safe, effective, and aligned with each student’s or patient’s unique needs.

One of my key achievements was presenting a detailed posture analysis during a college seminar, highlighting my interest in research and evidence-based practices. These experiences help me bring both theoretical knowledge and practical insights to my students, enhancing their learning experience.

I like to conduct online classes, focusing on interactive and personalized sessions that are designed to cater to individual goals. I emphasize proper alignment, breathing techniques, and body awareness, ensuring students gain maximum benefit while avoiding injuries.

My ultimate aim is to empower students to improve their health, posture, and overall well-being through a balanced combination of yoga and physiotherapy. I take pride in helping learners feel stronger, more flexible, and more confident in their daily lives.
