I love this work because i feel great and good when i give solution to other. My subject in meditation a). Hygiene of Body and mind. b). How to overcome wasteful thought of mind. c). Increase divisiveness and confidence in personality. d). Helpful advice for balance diet for better metabolism. I only use my personnel experience to teach individual to empower them by giving time and attention to our self. No tough physical exercise and not expensive.
