I am a Judo athlete, National Medalist, Judo Coach and Personal Trainer, offering home and gym-based personal training. I have trained and guided several national-level athletes and have experience coaching state-level Gold Medalists. I specialise in strength & conditioning, fat loss, muscle building, athletic performance and Judo-specific fitness. I also provide personalised diet and nutrition guidance according to individual goals, including fat-loss, muscle-building and sports-performance plans. I have personally transformed my physique and lost around 40 kg through disciplined training and nutrition, giving me practical experience in weight management and body transformation. My approach is practical, personalised and goal-oriented, with training and diet plans designed according to the client’s fitness level and lifestyle.
