I bring to class my experience with corporates like EY, American Express which helps me relate the text with real life through a case based method. This method is the perfect way for the proper growth and development of the student. Also, through my numerous student's experience, I can confidently say that this case method of teaching is really useful in retaining what one has studied, which is not the case with rote learning. Also, if you are aware 60-70% of economics and business studies paper are becoming case based. Hence, my approach is completely aligned with CBSE and ICSE question paper pattern.

I am proud to say that many of my Class XI-Class XII students have score in late 90s and a couple of them even a perfect 100. I believe that Class XI-Class XII are of utmost importance in India particularly, as it will decide the college one will go, which will further decide the job one gets.
