I am a Yoga Practitioner since last 10 yrs and I recently certified in it so that I can take it to another level, by not just benefitting from it myself but to help others too. I come from a Media background and having seen the importance of fitness in the industry, it motivated me to take up Yoga as my fitness regime. This decision not only helped me in my physical fitness but also in my mental health. I have enjoyed this journey and wanted to now take it to another level by sharing the benefits with the society too. I have worked with varied age groups on a one-to-one basis and I understand age-related requirements. I also work with The art of living organization regularly and assist them in various programs whenever required.
