My name is Harish Kumar Khanna. I am an English language educator with nearly 30 years of teaching experience in India and abroad, including Libya and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. I hold an M.A. in English and Linguistics, an M.Phil. in Linguistics, a Ph.D. in Language and Literature, a Postgraduate Diploma in the Teaching of English, and a 350-hour TESOL Diploma. Throughout my career, I have taught English Language and Linguistics to learners from diverse cultural and academic backgrounds. I believe in creating an interactive, learner-centred classroom that helps students build confidence and develop strong communication skills. I am passionate about teaching, committed to continuous professional growth, and look forward to contributing my experience and dedication to Society. In my teaching Philosophy, I include Multiple Intelligence Theory. My teaching method includes Communicative Approach where the focus is on the learners. My being patient and having passion for teaching has made me successful, for which I was given the best teacher's award in the KSA. My strength and ultimate goal is to make studendents learn irrespective of my several attempts in doing so. One of my greatest weapons is that I never become impatient while teaching and answering learners' queries. Moreover, I think that nobody is perfect but one can always go in the direction of perfection. I also believe that a teacher always learns and keeps learning from his experience and his students. There can be no teacher without teaching. I also think that there is no great teacher, rather a successful, passionate, full of empathy and always looks forward to new ways of imparting knowledge to students. Initially the medium of Teaching is English, after a couple of classes, it automatically goes to Hindi through Hindi.
