"Amid covid, they fired their staff , classes were paused indefinitely, no refund policy, even they were not picking the calls and replying back to the messages. Owner Mr. Gupreet Singh Walia and other staff when callback after 2 months, they told we are not picking calls because we dont have answers of your question. I have started my german classes A1, i completed only 4 chapter, then they fired the staff and no classes till now. After 2 months they are telling we can start your classes if you want, because their is not refund policy. "

"I have enrolled in this Institute a year ago for learning German but in this pendamic when I reached to level B1 they have stopped taking lectures and I paid them already for that now they are not receiving calls or messaging me on what's app. What kind of reputed Institute does this kind of stuff. I am really pissed off. I want my money back. "
