Ask yourself the need, aim and purpose behind studying. For example, some people learn to come out of poverty, some to get into the best colleges others because they have to. Decide whether you want to be the part of the cream or you want to be the herd. Once you can answer these yourself, you will know that what interests you specifically. 

Attention occurs when, either you are interested in what you are studying, or you are motivated enough. Even if you lack both of them, then develop your interest and motivation. Five years down the line, the entire world is going to change simply because the digital education and workspaces are taking over countries. Whatever you are learning today may get outdated tomorrow. However, one must be fluent with the basics. Elsewhen everyone else will be elevated to the levels of high profile working scenes; you may still be struggling with basics. 

Prioritise yourself, your dreams, aspirations. Prepare a routine for yourself, including one hour of any recreational activity in which you do what you love. Focus on your physical, mental, emotional growth. To increase interest, participate in olympiads, quizzes etc. Challenge yourself each day. Focus more and more on concepts and their retention. Practice like anything. Teach your peers or anyone you can. Trust me; class 11 forms the base for the entire life of a person. Whatever traits you are going to develop in this class, are going remain to through your life. So, develop the best of the habits. Be a balanced and wholesome personality. Love yourself and your life, live to your best.
