I started teaching Chemistry in 2009 as a private tutor. Thereafter, year by year, I gained lot of experience in teaching as well as higher education for self development. I helped hundreds of students in getting success in Board examinations (CBSE, ICSE) as well as Undergraduate entrance examinations (NEET, JEE, AIEEE, JAM).
My way of teaching is goal oriented. Highlights are given below:
I Prepare lesson plans or learning modules for tutoring sessions according to students' needs and goals.
Provide weekly lesson plans to help students prepare for their courses.
Review class material with students by discussing text, working solutions to problems, or reviewing worksheets or other assignments.
Monitor student performance or assist students in academic environments, such as classrooms and laboratories.
Provide feedback to students using positive reinforcement techniques to encourage, motivate, or build confidence in students.
Communicate students' progress to students and parents in written progress reports, in person, by phone, or by email.
Prepare and facilitate tutoring workshops, collaborative projects, or academic support sessions for small groups of students.
I also help students in developing their personality (like communication skills, competitive skill, goal orientation, right attitude, honesty, perseverance, endurance, team work and sense of success during interaction with them.
I am focused, believe in teamwork.
