Teaching Experience in detail in Drawing Classes

I have over five years of experience teaching drawing to students of various age groups, both online and in physical classrooms. My teaching journey began during the lockdown when I started conducting online drawing classes, which allowed me to reach students from different backgrounds and help them develop their artistic skills from the comfort of their homes. My approach focuses on building a strong foundation in basic drawing techniques, including line work, shading, perspective, and composition. I teach students to use different mediums such as pencil, charcoal, and pastels, guiding them to explore their creativity while mastering technical skills. After the lockdown, I gained valuable experience teaching drawing at Bharti Government School in Delhi and a Christianity School in Najibabad. In these schools, I developed customized lesson plans tailored to the students' learning levels and interests. I introduced them to various drawing styles, including portrait drawing, still life, and nature sketches, encouraging them to experiment with form and texture. My teaching methodology emphasizes patience and encouragement, helping students overcome creative blocks and build confidence in their artistic abilities. I also integrate art history and cultural elements into my lessons, exposing students to different artistic traditions and techniques. My goal is not only to improve their technical skills but also to nurture their creative thinking and individual expression. I continue to teach drawing online, adapting to modern teaching tools and platforms to create an interactive and engaging learning environment. My experience has taught me how to motivate students, identify their strengths, and help them refine their artistic style with dedication and passion.
