I am currently doing b.ed(bachelor of education) from SCERT(State council of education research and training) so in first semester we went to observe all the classes of our teaching subjects at Govt. girls senior secondary school, ap block shalimar bagh. I learnt many new aspects and methods of teaching. now i am in 2nd semester and we again went for preliminary school engagement program in which we have to conduct activities, it can be co-curricular as well academic and we are taking classes also of our teaching subjects and we taught students and also ask for their review and it was nice they learnt the concept well and i tried using simpler techniques and words to explain the topic and i also take tuition of kids near my house and i also review them at the last and whenever they have doubts or query i always solve them at that particular time so that it wont affect the child's performance and i also encourage them to ask as many question as they can as asking a question is also necessary for the student to understand the concept well.
