My career span of 20 years, has been in Behavioral/ Soft Skill training in diverse industries like IT, ITES, Telecom, Healthcare, NGO, Education, Manufacturing, Finance etc. involvement has been in designing SOFT SKILL and BEHAVIOURAL training programs, conducted for new hired empoyees, junior, middle, and senior level management employees. Few companies where I have worked are : WIPRO, AMERICAN EXPRESS, MARUTI, JAYPEE HOSPITAL, MAX NEW YORK LIFE, BHARTI AIRTEL,etc.
