I specialize in personal fitness training and have been actively working in this field for over 10 years. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of training individuals from various age groups and fitness levels, helping them achieve goals ranging from weight loss and muscle gain to strength training and overall wellness. Fitness has always been my passion, and turning that passion into a profession has been the most fulfilling decision of my life.

My academic and professional background reflects my commitment to continuous learning and excellence. I hold a Post Graduate Diploma in Dietetics, Health & Nutrition, which allows me to integrate diet and exercise into a comprehensive fitness plan for my clients. In addition, I am ACE-certified (American Council on Exercise) and have successfully completed advanced training from K11 School of Fitness Sciences. These qualifications have provided me with the expertise to design personalized programs that are safe, effective, and tailored to individual needs.

Over the past decade, I’ve helped countless clients transform their health and lifestyle. Each person’s journey is unique, and I take pride in creating programs that align with their specific goals, whether that means shedding extra weight, building muscle, improving endurance, or simply adopting healthier habits.
