Summary
I am a caring, mature and responsible counsellor with twenty years’ experience as in professional counselling. My extensive experience encompasses a range of issues including academic, personal, parental and social pressures to help the students, reach their potential. Helping students deal with Bullying, Disabilities, low self-esteem, low academic performance and relationship issues .Performance anxiety, and grief counselling, trauma and suicide prevention. My particular area of interest lies in evaluating student’s abilities, interests and personalities to help them develop realistic academic and career goals
I was the first counsellor to be appointed to the school in 1996. Over the years I have been able to establish the felt need for guidance and counseling among students, parents and school’s management to the extent that now two qualified counselors and one special educator have been appointed .
