I am an MBA (HR) professional with a strong academic foundation in engineering and hands-on corporate experience. I completed my B.Tech after studying across multiple institutions, an experience that gave me first-hand exposure to academic setbacks, recovery, and eventual success—something many MBA aspirants relate to.

I earned my MBA in Human Resources (2023–2025) from a reputed institute in New Delhi after clearing a national-level entrance exam. My MBA training covered core areas such as Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviour, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Labour Laws, and Strategic HR, along with practical case-based learning.

Professionally, I am currently working in the corporate HR space at a technology company, where I deal with real-world HR operations, workplace dynamics, and people management. This allows me to bridge the gap between MBA theory and actual industry expectations.

What sets me apart as a coach is that I have experienced the full journey—academic struggle, entrance exam preparation, MBA life, and corporate execution. I don’t teach from textbooks alone; I coach from experience. My mentoring focuses on clarity, strategy, realistic preparation, and mindset, especially for students who feel stuck or unsure about their MBA path.
