I have 4 months of online teaching experience during covid times and 4 months of offline classroom teaching science and English to 6th, 7th and 8th standard students. I try to give one on one attention to each student especially the one who I felt were shy and less confident. I can use both hindi and english language to explain a concept with use of appropriate teaching aids and evaluate my students learning after completing the concept. I avoid cramming and try to make teaching - learning a fun experience.
