Devotee of Ashtanga Vinyasa tradition. I was blessed to try different styles of yoga and asana before I became fully involved in that unique everyday self practice. Particularly I've been followed by a desire to pass on my own experience of life and benefits of this great tradition to people.

Working mostly with beginners to yoga and/or to Ashtanga Vinyasa. Have an experience in teaching introductory classes and starting Mysore program afterwards. I incorporate everything I learn from my dear teachers and use hands on assistance as it was taught to me over the years of continuous self practicing and teaching.

Originally Russian, but speak fluent English and learning Hindi. Seeking an opportunity to be present and useful in the city I love.
