As an automobile engineer, I have worked with BHEL, Shriram Pistons and Ashok Leyland Ltd. in various capacities. My last position was Divisional manager (Head - Training & Development) in DTC Project undertaken by Ashok Leyland. My overseas training assignment locations include Bangladesh, Ghana, Tanzania and Nigeria. In Ashok Leyland, I worked to impart training besides managing service training centre as Head of Department (Divisional Manager). In addition to the above I also worked as Head - Driver Training Institute, Railmagra, Rajasthan.
