I have been practicing yoga since early childhood. Took it up as a hooby during my education in the US. I was introduced a very athletic Ashtanga yoga practice which I found to be highly challenging and I was drenched in sweat but without any tiring fatigue, I was hooked. It was almost 13 years ago. I can safely say that no system of exercise is perfect, so even yoga is not the end all of your misery. It is just a path leading to a destination. The same destination which can be reached by different roads. But the destination remains the same. Modern yoga has its flaws, when I pointed it out to established teachers in the industry I was shunned. But my stand remains the same. Current Ashtanga routines, yin yoga, power yoga, vinayasa routines, so call animal flow routines etc. etc. Do not work properly engage your back and spine as they should. Ans thus most strict 'yogi' type bodies have an unnatural unfit look. My methods have been tested on numerous people. I fail to keep count. May it will work for you. You will have to follow along my instructions on video. Comfortable relaxed clothing covering your entire body barring your hands feet and face is required. Depending upon your current strength levels we can make a comprehensive plan. But please do not expect miracles! Im yogi not a magician. If something doesn't work. We dan discuss later on. But first let us try! Breathwork, Pranayama, active rest, muscoskeletal realignment, injury healing and jnjury prevention.
