I'm a Calisthenics Athlete and a final-year student currently pursuing a B.Sc. (Hons.) in Sports Science at Delhi Pharmaceutical Sciences and Research University (DPSRU), where I’ve gained in-depth knowledge of sports training, biomechanics, nutrition, and strength & conditioning as part of my academic curriculum.
I’ve also gained valuable knowledge through certified workshops in sports nutrition, biomechanics, doping awareness, and mental conditioning for athletes.
As a calisthenics athlete and strength & conditioning enthusiast, I focus on functional fitness, form correction, and long-term athletic development. I also apply my knowledge of sports psychology and athlete recovery strategies to support long-term progress.
I help individuals manage their weight effectively through dietary adjustments—even without workouts or going to the gym. My approach is rooted in evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle strategies tailored to each person’s needs.
