I am a working Functional ERP Consultant with real-world industry experience in enterprise ERP operations and business process management. I currently work as an S&D Consultant, where I support live business processes and ERP-related issues for organizations using JD Edwards (JDE).

My industry experience covers Sales & Distribution (S&D), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Inventory Management, Procurement, Finance-related processes, TMS, and ERP integrations.

In my day-to-day work, I handle and support practical ERP processes including Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, PO approvals, GRN/receipts, vouchers, invoicing, inventory transactions, master data, GST-related processes, integrations, and functional issue resolution.

I also work with ServiceNow, JIRA, SQL, Excel, and ERP integration tools for incident management, troubleshooting, process monitoring, and business-user support.

As a tutor, I focus on teaching ERP from an industry perspective, explaining how ERP processes actually work in organizations rather than limiting the learning to theoretical concepts. My sessions are suitable for freshers, students, working professionals, and people looking to start or transition into ERP Functional Consultant or Business Analyst roles.
