Abhishek Gambhir

I teach Physical Education to Class 11 and 12 students and have around 5 years of teaching experience. My focus is on helping students understand the subject clearly, build a strong conceptual foundation, and prepare effectively for their examinations. I believe Physical Education can become an interesting and scoring subject when students understand the concepts properly instead of relying only on memorisation.

I have completed my Master of Physical Education (M.P.Ed.) and have also qualified UGC NET. I am currently pursuing my PhD from Delhi University, which has further strengthened my academic knowledge and encouraged me to continuously explore and learn more about the field of Physical Education. My academic background helps me bring both subject knowledge and a structured approach to my teaching.

I have worked with students of Classes 11 and 12 and understand the academic requirements of senior secondary Physical Education. I focus on explaining concepts in a simple and organised manner so that students can understand the subject without feeling overwhelmed. I also pay attention to important examination areas and help students develop the clarity and confidence required to write effective answers.

My experience as an athlete has also played an important role in shaping my understanding of Physical Education. I am an international medalist in Taekwondo, an achievement that has taught me valuable lessons about discipline, dedication, consistency, fitness, and performance. My practical exposure to sports allows me to connect theoretical concepts with real-life sporting experiences and examples wherever relevant.

I follow a structured and interactive teaching approach. I believe proper lesson planning is essential for effective learning, so I organise my classes according to the student's syllabus, level of understanding, and academic requirements. I use practical examples to explain concepts and encourage students to ask questions so that any doubts can be addressed during the learning process.

Regular practice is an important part of my teaching methodology, particularly when students are preparing for examinations. I help students revise concepts, understand important topics, practise questions, and improve their ability to present answers clearly. My objective is to make students comfortable with the subject while helping them gradually improve their academic performance and examination readiness.

I offer both online and offline classes based on the student's convenience. Whether a student needs help understanding the Class 11 or Class 12 Physical Education syllabus, requires support with exam preparation, or wants to strengthen their overall subject knowledge, I provide guidance in a systematic and supportive manner. With my academic background, teaching experience, and practical experience as an international Taekwondo medalist, I aim to help students develop both confidence in the subject and a strong approach toward their examinations.
