With millions unemployed or underemployed, a Job oriented skill development program is a self-evident mission for us to spend our energy and resources on.
After a certain amount of fumbling, we settled on creating a scalable program that could in time grow to provide a deep English language learning experience for at least one hundred thousand students per year. At the time of this writing, we are at about ten thousand students per year.
In addition to enabling students to learn English, we also want to help students develop their:
Critical thinking skills – the ability to reason, analyze and solve problems.
Become self-reliant and develop self-confidence.
Develop a sense of community – doing something for the greater good.
