Tutions are something you only need if you think you're weak in a subject or need help in understanding some concepts. The simplest way to manage time is pay attention at school, do your homework on time and then carve out 45mins per day for recreation and self entertainment to watch tv, play a game, walk, do something to refresh yourself. You don't need to follow others regime or advice but do something that works for you. If you feel your good without tutoring, That's great. :)
Study your way, and leave all other thoughts for the Highway.
Best wishes!!!

Your question is too broad. You need to narrow down the spectrum of what you need to know.
If you're thinking of working part time and studying, it's a good thought as it builds your character and financial independence and teaches you value of money as well.
Coming back to your question only tutoring to pay for your college or maybe other expenses is an okay idea but you will need to put in seroius tutoring time to breakeven and to meet other needs and at the same time have enough time to go to college/tutions and study your own course work. There are stidents abroad who have part time jobs while working and hence are able to develop financial independence from a young age.
Also cost of living matters, In India Rs.100/- may be enough to maybe buy something but in Canadian Dollars its about 3 Dollars.
What may be lots of money here, may not be plenty of money elsewhere.
So once you figure out your living expenses and cost of living and what you earn from tutoring you will discover the answer for yourself
