IdentityI am a classical Hatha Yoga teacher trained at Sadhguru Gurukulam, Isha Foundation. I have undergone an intensive training of 5+ months. We teach yoga in its classical form without any distortions and modifications just as it originated.
We consider yoga as a powerful mechanism which has the ability to transform an individual physically, mentally and spiritually and uplift them to their highest potential. We do not teach it just as a workout or any exercise regime but as a complete process of transformation.
