Do it in a proper way. From any recognized institution like prayag sangit samiti Allahabad, gandharv mahavidyalya etc. Do not find a short cut you may get a job it will create problems for you when there is a time for practical and question answer time. What is JAATI of BAAGESHWARI Raga?

With all my knowledge and experience I like to tell you jaati of bageshree is audav- vakra samourna. You can't use pancham straight and should not do it. In bageshree you have to use Pancham if you not use pancham it will become another raga named Shreeranjani. As pancham must be used in bageshree in... ...more
With all my knowledge and experience I like to tell you jaati of bageshree is audav- vakra samourna. You can't use pancham straight and should not do it. In bageshree you have to use Pancham if you not use pancham it will become another raga named Shreeranjani. As pancham must be used in bageshree in my opinion it should be vakra . though some singers use it straight for taan but I don't like it. Use Pancham vakra in alaap taan everywhere in bageshree and jati should be audav vakra sampurna. Thank you.
