I have a background in both technology and wellness. I completed a B.Tech in Computer Science from the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies and later pursued a Master's in Yoga & Science of Living to build a career in health and wellness.

I have over five years of experience as a certified Yoga Instructor, specializing in Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Pranayama, meditation, mindfulness, and therapeutic yoga. Most recently, I worked as the Lead Yoga Instructor at INS India with the Indian Navy, where I designed personalized yoga programs, conducted group sessions, led workshops on stress management and mindfulness, organized wellness events, and implemented injury prevention practices.

Prior to that, I conducted personal and group yoga training in Delhi, working with clients of different fitness levels and collaborating with physical therapists to support injury rehabilitation. I have also led community and corporate wellness programs, introduced yoga in schools, and am a certified Zumba trainer.

Before transitioning into wellness, I worked as an Analyst at Capgemini, where I gained experience in software development, teamwork, problem-solving, and project management. This diverse background has helped me develop strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills, which I now apply to creating effective and engaging wellness programs.
