Here I work in an academic and wellness environment. My role is to design customized yoga, pranayama and meditation lesson plans based on student's fitness level and wellness goals. I guide students in correct alignment, breath-body awareness, and ensure safety for all levels. I also take feedback and constantly improve class structure to enhance engagement and long-term wellbeing.

This is where I built my core strength as a teacher. I conducted both group and one-on-one sessions for diverse populations, including seniors and postnatal clients. I integrated therapeutic yoga, Yoga Nidra, meditation, and also provided nutritional and Ayurveda-informed guidance. I focused a lot on anatomy, injury prevention, and building strong client relationships, which helped me get consistent retention and referrals.

My Core Expertise:
I specialize in Hatha Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation & Yoga Nidra, Lesson Planning, Yoga for Seniors and Postnatal modifications, Anatomy & Alignment, and integrating Ayurveda principles into modern practice.
