I am a indian yoga teacher.I am giving online classes of hatha yoga ,asthanga yoga, flow yoga, pregnancy yoga etc. I was born and started my yogic journey form the world’s yoga capital Rishikesh. I had successfully completed her bachelor's in yogic science from , Uttarakhand Sanskrit University India. I have a certification in the 200 hours Yoga Teachers Training.I trained under the able guidance of famous and experienced yoga gurus. I am passionate about teaching yoga with proper alignment. According to me, yoga is not an ancient myth buried in oblivion. It is the most valuable inheritance of the present. It is the essential need of today and the culture of tomorrow. I also taught in some yoga teacher training schools so i have a good experience of teaching to many kind of yoga students
