The velocity of a body of mass 2 kg as a function of t is given by (t) = 2tî + t2.j^‏ Find the momentum and the force acting on it, at time t = 2 s

As velocity at t = 2 s is v = 2*2i + 2*2j = 4i + 4j Now momentum p = mv = 8i + 8j

Geo means Earth and stationary means something at rest . So a geostationary satellite have an orbital period equal to the Earth's rotational period (one sidereal day) and thus appears motionless, at a fixed position in the sky, to ground observers .These  satellites are earth-orbiting satellite, placed at a height of approximately 36000 directly over the equator, that revolves in the same direction the earth rotates (west to east).

Given the velocity v of a particle which depends on time t as v = At2 + Bt + C, where v is in ms-1 and t in second. What are the units of A, B and C?

It is clear that the units of R.H.S must be same as that of L.H.S of any equation . And quantity having same units can be added or subtracted so each term in R.H.S must have same unit as that of velocity for that unit of A is m/s^3 , that of B is m/s^2 and that of C is m/s
