I am Manju Narang, a Hindi and Sanskrit educator with nearly 10 years of teaching experience in reputed schools. Teaching languages has always been my passion, and I focus on building strong linguistic foundations, improving communication skills, and developing a deep understanding of grammar and literature among students. My approach is centered on making language learning interactive, meaningful, and enjoyable.

I hold a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) Honours in Sanskrit, a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Sanskrit, and a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.). These qualifications have provided me with strong subject expertise as well as professional training in pedagogy. In addition, I am CTET qualified and have completed various CBSE-certified training programs, which have further enhanced my teaching skills and understanding of modern classroom practices.

Currently, I am working as a TGT Hindi/Sanskrit teacher at Army Public School, where I teach students from Grades 6 to 8. My role allows me to work closely with learners at a crucial stage of their academic development, helping them strengthen their language skills and build confidence in both Hindi and Sanskrit. I aim to make my classes engaging and student-friendly so that learners develop a genuine interest in languages.

In addition to my current role, I have previously worked at Olympus High School and Mother India Public School. These experiences have helped me understand diverse student needs and adapt my teaching methods accordingly. Working in different academic environments has strengthened my ability to manage classrooms effectively and deliver structured, result-oriented lessons.

My teaching methodology is based on a structured lesson plan that ensures systematic learning and concept clarity. I focus on building strong fundamentals in grammar, vocabulary, and comprehension while also encouraging creativity and expression. I believe that consistent practice and active participation are key to mastering any language, and I ensure that my students are regularly engaged through interactive sessions.

My classes are designed to be practical, interactive, and student-centered. I encourage students to participate actively, ask questions, and express themselves confidently. I use PowerPoint presentations and whiteboard teaching to make lessons clear and visually engaging. My focus is on regular practice, revision, and continuous improvement to ensure strong academic performance.

As an educator, my goal is to nurture a strong command over language while also promoting discipline, creativity, and overall academic growth. I strive to create a positive learning environment where students feel motivated to learn and excel. Through dedication and structured guidance, I aim to help every student build a strong foundation in Hindi and Sanskrit and achieve their full potential.
