I am a certified Yoga Instructor with 6 years of experience, specializing in Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, and Iyengar Yoga. Holding a BSc in Biology, a certification in Ashtanga and Hatha Yoga, and a Diploma in Women’s Wellness, I focus on promoting physical and mental well-being through yoga.
