With the ever-growing technology, Data Science is a term which is creating a lot of buzzes nowadays. In recent years, Data Science has emerged as one of the most sought-after career options for people who are willing to learn new technologies and are passionate about data and numbers. As the businesses have started monitoring their customers’ behaviour and are making data-driven decisions, the demand for a Data Scientist has been increasing. It will continue to grow in the upcoming years. Talking about the qualification, there are no specified qualification criteria for this, but it is always better to have Maths and Science background. If you earn a bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Maths, or other related subjects, it would be better. Then, you can opt for a master’s degree in Data or related field. Also, you can opt for various professional courses offered by multiple universities, institutes or other platforms. However, you should choose your institute wisely, as nowadays, every other institute claims their classes to be the best. Proper research before joining any institute for this purpose is a must. Once, you gain knowledge; you can look for some live projects that would give you an on-job experience on this. Also, you can search for some start-ups to start your career. To excel in this field, more than any certification or qualification, you must have an interest in Data related topics, and you should love to play with numbers. read less
