Freshers to start on real world projects needs to know the domain and understand the correlation between various features. Typically, industry looks for domain+Stats+ML sort of profile. In freshers we look for python or R programming skills and data analysis skills. read less

Employer will look for the some basic statistical and machine learning knowledge in candidate and the tool(Python ,R ) he/she will use for solve the problem. Because at the end of day we have to solve the business problem and generate a revenue. Thanks. read less
