I would like to suggest a book "An Introduction to Statistical Learning" Published by Springer. It provides practical information from the basic level related to data analysis starting from regression modeling. Also, this book has codes for all the modeling to be done in R studio.

I would sugget NPTEL Youtube channel. You will get ample amount of content taught by IITs professors. Also can watch statquest videos for the same.
