Further, I provide guidance in collaborating AutoCAD with Excel for Quantity and Estimation of steel and concrete quantities, enhancing accuracy and time saving in tender preparation. Input from users will be taken from AutoCAD, transferring points or coordinates in Excel, and formulating equations for the desired quantity. By this process, time of data entry can be saved considerably. Further, mistakes in typing can be avoided as points or coordinates are directly imported from a CAD file.
