IdentityI am a Bharatanatyam practitioner and a performing artist, I take online classes and take workshops on the Bharatanatyam dance, I was trained for 10 in this field and I was a trained kathak dancer and I was also trained in Indian classical music. I got many awards from recognized national and international stages .
I follow the Kalakshetra bani of bharatnatyam. I have devoted my 10 years in this field to be a performing artist and a bharatnatyam dancer.
I think we should follow our culture and traditions and practice this beautiful art form with its own purity, divinity and authenticity. This art form needs more practice and learning. We have spent hours and hours for practice but this is not enough we should know about the history and culture and traditions of this beautiful art form. I have learned from various artists and learned about their different style of Bharatanatyam, each an every style of Bharatanatyam is very beautiful, I was also discovered the historic places and temples in Tamil Nadu in my tour and observed many things . Going through the place and observe the presence is the great for me . I went to the Kalakshetra foundation in Chennai which was build by guru smt rukmani devi arundale our beloved attai , she built that Kalakshetra foundation and she teaches their this beautiful art form in the traditional way i have observed each and everything from the Kalakshetra foundation the hours an hours of practice of student and devoting their time to practice.
