It is also very healthful to keep the joints working over a lifetime. Then, if you dance with others in an agreed, prescribed manner, or even free-form, you are connecting all of your experiences together with all their heartbeats and joy as well as sharing that with those able to observe the performance. It is because dance is not some sort of rules to follow. Its just a movement which makes a person happy and everyone wants to become happy so they have different movements which emerged as different dance forms.
