I am a yoga instructor with 10 years of teaching experience, guiding students through holistic yoga practices focused on physical fitness, mental well-being, and overall health. Yoga has been a transformative journey for me, and my aim as a teacher is to help students experience its benefits in a safe, balanced, and sustainable way, regardless of their age or fitness level.

I hold an SCA Diploma in Yoga, which has provided me with a strong foundation in yogic principles, asanas, pranayama, and mindful practices. This training has helped me understand the importance of correct posture, breathing techniques, and gradual progression in yoga, ensuring that students practice safely and effectively.

I have worked with UrbanClap (Urban Company) as a yoga instructor and have conducted multiple yoga sessions in Pune. Through these experiences, I have taught students from diverse backgrounds and with varying fitness levels. Teaching through online sessions has further enhanced my ability to demonstrate clearly, observe closely, and guide students with precision even in a virtual setting.

My teaching approach is step-by-step and beginner-friendly, while also being adaptable for intermediate learners. I focus on basic workouts, the practice of mudras, and guided pranayamas, helping students build a strong foundation before progressing further. Emphasis is always placed on correct alignment, controlled breathing, and mindful movement.

I use live demonstrations, video guidance, and clear verbal instructions to ensure students understand each practice thoroughly. I pay close attention to individual performance and provide personal corrections and feedback wherever required. My sessions are calm, interactive, and motivating, creating a positive environment that encourages consistency and self-awareness.

I currently conduct online yoga classes, making it convenient for students to practice from their own space. My goal is to help learners improve flexibility, strength, and mental clarity while developing a regular yoga practice that supports long-term health and well-being.
