I am a Physical Education educator passionate about helping students develop a healthy lifestyle, improve their physical fitness, and build confidence through sports and physical activities. I teach Physical Education to students from Class 6 to Class 12 and also provide guidance to B.P.Ed. learners. Although I have 1 year of teaching experience, I am committed to making every class engaging, interactive, and beneficial for my students by focusing on both theoretical knowledge and practical understanding.

I have completed my Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Physical Education and Bachelor of Physical Education (B.P.Ed.). To further enhance my knowledge and teaching expertise, I am currently pursuing my Master of Physical Education (M.P.Ed.) at Pondicherry University. My academic journey has provided me with a strong understanding of sports science, physical fitness, exercise techniques, and educational methodologies, enabling me to deliver well-structured and effective learning experiences.

I have worked as a Physical Education Teacher in a private school, where I gained valuable experience teaching students from different age groups and helping them improve their fitness, sports skills, and overall physical development. In addition to my teaching experience, I am a certified Athletics Technical Official (Tamil Nadu) and have successfully completed the AFI Pre-Level 1 course. These certifications have strengthened my practical knowledge and allowed me to better guide students in various aspects of athletics and physical education.

My teaching methodology is student-focused and based on structured lesson planning. I believe that Physical Education should go beyond physical activity and help students understand the importance of fitness, discipline, teamwork, and healthy living. My online classes include clear explanations of theoretical concepts, practical-based learning, study notes, multiple-choice questions, assignments, and comprehensive exam preparation support. I ensure that every lesson is interactive and easy to understand so that students remain actively engaged throughout the learning process.

To make online learning more effective, I use PowerPoint presentations and a digital whiteboard to explain concepts in an organized and visually engaging manner. I also conduct regular doubt-clearing sessions, provide continuous feedback, and monitor students' progress to ensure they develop a strong understanding of the subject. Whether students are preparing for school examinations or pursuing B.P.Ed. studies, I tailor my teaching approach to meet their individual learning needs and academic goals.

As a teacher, my mission is to inspire students to appreciate the value of physical education while helping them achieve academic excellence and personal growth. I strive to create a supportive learning environment where students feel motivated to participate, ask questions, and continuously improve their knowledge and skills. Through dedication, personalized guidance, and consistent encouragement, I aim to help every learner become more confident, disciplined, and successful both inside and outside the classroom.
