Raushan Kumar

A teacher who makes learning simple, scientific, and enjoyable.
I am a passionate educator with a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Botany from Banaras Hindu University (BHU), Varanasi. I have qualified CSIR-UGC NET-JRF in Life Sciences and UGC-NET in Environmental Science, along with 1 year and 6 months of research experience at a CSIR laboratory. My preparation for the Civil Services Examination has further strengthened my understanding of diverse subjects, current affairs, social issues, and interdisciplinary learning.
My teaching philosophy is simple: no subject is inherently too difficult to learn when it is explained in the right way and the student is willing to make a sincere effort. I specialise in breaking down complex concepts into simple, relatable ideas using real-life analogies, scientific reasoning, critical thinking, animations, and visual explanations.

I believe education should go beyond rote memorisation. My aim is to help students understand why something happens, how it works, and where it applies in real life. Students who find Biology difficult or consider it a subject based on memorisation will discover the fascinating logic and secrets of nature through my teaching. Similarly, I help students approach challenging concepts with curiosity and confidence.

I can teach Science and Humanities from Class 6 onwards, along with other school subjects within my areas of competence. I teach Mathematics up to Class 10, particularly helping students overcome their fear of the subject through simple explanations and practical examples.

My approach combines scientific depth with the broad perspective of a Civil Services aspirant, enabling me to provide interdisciplinary guidance and connect classroom concepts with the real world. I also use educational animations and visual learning tools to make abstract concepts easier to understand and remember.

For me, teaching is not merely a profession or a means of earning; it is an opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to a student's life and future. I value integrity, discipline, empathy, and ethical conduct, and I strive to create a safe, respectful, and encouraging learning environment where every student receives individual attention.

Whether your foundation is weak or you aspire to explore concepts at an advanced level, I welcome students who are genuinely willing to learn, practise consistently, and improve. My goal is to make quality education accessible through personalised guidance at reasonable and affordable fees.

If you are looking for a teacher who prioritises conceptual clarity over rote learning, encourages questions, and believes in every student's potential to improve, I would be happy to guide you on your learning journey.
