The rates are arrived at by keeping these below factors in mind: !. Type of Training 2. No of Participants 3. no of days or batches of training 4. Type of organisation ( small/medium or large) 5. Contact hours devotion of the trainer.

The prime rational is determined on the basis of 1. the opportunity cost of the trainer - for eg.:if he can earn Rs 1,00,000 per day doing consulting/employment/training etc. - his cost will be that much; 2. Infrastructure Cost - the better the facilities - the higher this cost; 3. Course Content/material/preparation cost - higher quality - higher cost; 4. Profit Percentage - normally 30% over the sum of all theses costs. Now, the total revenue - the sum of the above is divided by the number of expected participants - for example, my revenue comes out to be Rs 5,00,000 and the expected no. of students attending the course is 100, then the price per student will be Rs 5000. read less

Cognition -> How you drive yourself by using Left side mirror(Negative side of life). -> How you drive yourself by using Right side mirror(Positive side of life). ->This is very important, How you drive by using your rare mirror(Past experience). 3. Emotion -> How much you can endure(Shock absorber) at hardships. -> What is your compressing the feeling capacity(Break) at anger. 4. Conscience -> Are you blaming the life(highway). -> Are you blaming yourself(Car). -> Are you glorifying your high way(life). -> Are you respecting yourself(car) If you have all these things that can be aware of life and you (car and Highway), take care drive safe. . .
Personality is truly a complex term however if the person concerned is open to change his thought processthen it's becomes simplified
