I think we should avoid eating homemade ice creme as
1. It's not as tasty as one available in the market
2. If we eat at the house then who will eat outside, which will impact the livelihood of people associated with icecream industry. They will lose a job, and their family will suffer. Their children cant go to school, so they remain illiterate and indulge in anti-social activity.
SO TO SAVE COUNTRY, WE MUST STOP EATING HOMEMADE ICECREAM

Ingredients for Chocolate Ice Cream Recipe

Dark Chocolate grated 1 cup

Milk 2 1/2 cups

Sugar 1/3 cup

Cornflour 1 tablespoon

Fresh cream 1/2 cup

Vanilla essence a few drops

Prep Time: 7-8 hour

Cook time: 11-15 minutes

Serve: 4

Level Of Cooking: Easy

Taste: Sweet

 

Method

Step 1

Heat half cup milk in a non-stick pan. Add grated Chocolate and simmer, stirring, till smooth. Boil the remaining milk with sugar in another non-stick pan.

Step 2

Mix cornflour in two tablespoons of water and add to the milk and simmer for two to three minutes. Add chocolate mixture and mix well. Remove and cool completely.

Step 3

Add fresh cream and vanilla essence and mix well. Pour into a shallow container and set till firm. Blend in a blender till smooth and thick.

Step 4

Transfer into the shallow container. Cover and freeze till set. Scoop and serve.

Milk powder 1 packet,cream ,full fat milk milk,vanilla essence and sugar .Boil them in low flame for 20 mins and let it set in refrigerator.
