1. Install a router outside the firewalls. This router must be on BOTH providers networks. 2. Change the outside IP address of the firewall to be on the new provider's network. Set the routes in the firewall to point to the new router. 3. Set the new router's default gateway to the new provider 3. Create a route-map in the new router that matches source addresses of the old provider and sets the next hop to that provider. 4. Enable policy routing using above route map inbound on the inside interfacec of the router. 5. Change Global commands in the firewall so dynamic NAT clients are now moved. at this point you are half way there 6. Setup a new DNS server (or a second IP address on an existing server) and add a static to the firewall for that DNS server to the new provider's IP addresses 7. Adjust DNS server information at the regisstrar. 8. Change DNS TTL to lowest setting (typically 20 minutes) 9. One at a time as maintenance windows allow, change the IP address of inbound servers in DNS and update statics as appropriate 10. Remove policy route 11. Fire old ISP. 12.
