The institute of Company secretaries provide coaching for the course with reasonable charge. Is that coaching sufficient or do I need to join private coaching too?

Depends on your abilities and strengths. People can clear the professional exams without any coaching too ! However, being in class keeps you updated and focussed in this crowded restless world where finding time for oneself is indeed difficult !
