Let me tell you some THINGS TO DO daily if you want to be a fluent English language speaker : - Greet everyone in English; - Read news paper / Read news on Social networks; - Try to read Novels; - Use English language in your communication if or if not required; - Watch one Hollywood movie daily; - Write about how you spent your day in a notepad or a journal daily; - Be active on social networks (post about any one thing daily); - If you have any messenger like WhatsApp try to change your status daily & chat in English; - Try to write about anything everyday; - Finally THINK IN ENGLISH! First of all you make yourself very clear about your weakness. Are you weak in communication or in English Language? Both are different and to be handled differently. To communicate with anybody, you need not to have expertise in any language because Communication is: Verbal The words we use 7% The tone we use 13% Non-Verbal Body Language 80% A commonly accepted scenario is that communication between people is usually comprised of the words used (7%), the way words are used or stressed, e.g. tone, emotions (13%) and body language (80%) Start reading newspaper and in that read only local news which you know this has happened - may be the same news available in some local newspaper in the language you know and understand. This practice will give you direct conversation of contents. Never read political news because it is difficult to understand their terminology. Start talking to yourself in English and listen others those who speak simple English. Definitely you will get through with this problem within 30 days. Good Luck read less

Play the recording to your peers/teachers and seek their guidance. Let them review your fluency and provide an honest feedback. 2) Watch few TEDX videos in Youtube and try to imitate the speakers in front of a mirror. 3) If you are a working professional, talk to your colleagues only in English (even if you are not fluent) 4) Call customer care of banks/institutions over phone and talk to them on their products/services (E.g. Hi Vissu, The fear only exists in your mind. English is one of the most simple and easiest languages to learn. However, until and unless you deal with this fear, you are going to always be self-conscious while talking with others. Meditate on it every day for 10 minutes, follow the simple technique of self-talk:- Identify which is the time during the day when you are in the best of your spirits. Once you have done so, set aside 10 minutes to meditate on the issue discussed here. Close your eyes take a deep breathe (through nostrils) hold it while counting 5, 4,3,2,1 in this order and release all the air through your mouth not nostrils. Repeat this for three times and tell yourself following positive statements silently. 1) English is just one of the languages and easy to learn. 2) I am at ease and comfortable talking to others in any language; English is just one of those languages. 3) Learning English is fun and speaking English is fun and easy. 4) Speaking English comes to me naturally without making any efforts. Try this out and if it helps please do not forget to tell your experience to others, so that others can benefit from your experience. Wish you a bright future ahead God Bless read less
